Enable the FACTO Multiple Price Lists module on your platform and have the administrative backup to manage various prices for a single product.
It serves to have different prices associated with a single product in the warehouse. This makes it possible to assign the same product with a certain price to different sales scenarios, such as different prices for different customers.
*Price lists apply to affected and exempt electronic invoices, as well as electronic dispatch guides.
Select the button:
Enter the name of the desired price list
Confirmation that the price list has been successfully added
2. Add the price list with all its details:
Menu / Administration / Import Export
To get the price download template, select the buttons:
Edit the template to configure the desired prices for each item
Then upload the template with the prices of the new list in the button
Wait to get the confirmation of the import result
If the results show errors, such as empty SKU or price fields, make the corresponding modifications and upload the file again.
Assign a specific client the price list. This is done in Clients >> Search, in the "Account" option
3. Finally, make sure the new price list is loaded in the warehouse:
Menu / Warehouse / Products and Services
You will be able to see how the prices of the new list are displayed, which are now different from the initial prices still contained in the base price list. So that when you want to create a tax document, you can choose the desired item.
