How is it used in the platform?

Go to Administration >> Company Data and complete your email information

If it's GMAIL, you must allow remote access to your account by going to the account options and creating an application password.

Your new emails will be sent from your own mailbox, ensuring they reach their destination, your clients cannot claim they landed in SPAM, and they pay on time.
